Shoulder Rotation: Internal - Supine in Abduction (Single Arm)

Lie with head toward anchor, arm out from side, bent to 90°. Rotate arm at elbow, bringing forearm forward toward feet. Keep upper arm in place.
Repeat __ times per set. Repeat with other arm. Do __ sets per session. Do __ sessions per week.
Anchor Height: Ankle (when standing)
